Our RESEARCH Experiments
A number of experiments were conducted by our team to evaluate the shelf life of strawberries. They were done with certain criteria:
1. to evaluate current HOME preparations of strawberries for the fridge (12 experiments)
2. to evaluate current MARKET preparations for fruits and vegetables, but on strawberries ( 4 experiments)
3. different ways of creating CO2 (3 experiments)
4. to understand the chemical reactions of dextrose, yeast and water (lost count!)
5. actual affect of OUR product on strawberries ( 7 experiments)
