Ontario West Champions 1st place
We are 9 children aged 11-14 who meet every week at the E-Bots Oakville robotics  facility. Over the course of our FLL year, we had discovered many ideas and  solutions that we believed could help us solve the FLL Food Factor problem.

During the construction of our robot and  research for our project we always made sure that no one was left out of the fun
and incredible FLL experience. We were so excited to visit our regional  qualifier at Rick Hanson secondary school, and had a great experience  discovering and learning about everything the other FLL teams had done. At the  end, we were so thrilled to receive the champion’s award and an invitation to  the Ontario West Provincial Championship.

On  our journey to the provincial championship, we had loads of fun at our hotel and  had a great time together at a local indoor amusement park with lots of other
FLL teams. We had learned more than we had at Rick Hanson and had loads of fun  with other teams. When we had finished all our judging rooms, and all the great
FLL teams had completed their rooms and performance rounds, we all gathered around to listen to the closing ceremony. After being so excited and happy with
what we had done that day, we were overjoyed when our name was called to receive  the Ontario West 1st place champion’s award. It has been a great experience and
we are looking forward to our North American Open Championship in  May.
